What does OCD therapy involve?

OCD therapy is based on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) with Exposure & Response Prevention (ERP), the gold-standard treatment for OCD. Sessions focus on understanding how OCD works, reducing compulsions, and gradually building confidence in facing uncertainty.

Do you work online or in person?

I work primarily online, offering remote appointments across the UK and internationally. Limited face-to-face sessions are available on Fridays (8:00 am – 10:00 am), depending on availability.

How long does OCD therapy take?

The length of therapy varies depending on your goals and OCD presentation. Many clients attend weekly sessions initially, with therapy tailored to progress and individual needs.

What happens in the first session?

The first session is an assessment where we explore your OCD symptoms, how they affect your life, and what you would like to change. Together we create a clear treatment plan so you know exactly what to expect moving forward.
